Group Ordering Made Easy!
We offer schools, teams, organizations, and clubs an easy alternative to organizing apparel and merchandise orders for your cause! It's our online Shop feature. No need to create forms, chase after buyers, or collect money! So simple, all you have to do is share the link that we provide you to grant access to your customized online Shop!
Our online Shop makes it easy for you to raise funds for your team, booster club, organization, club, or upcoming event. Simply mark up your customized merchandise and we keep track of sales, deduct the item cost, and cut you a check for the remainder!
Here's how it works:
1. Let us know that you're interested in an online store for your school, team, or organization by sending us an email at info@grocottinkandthread.com.
2. Give us about 5 Business days to create your store.
3. We will send you a web link to your store to distribute to your fans and parents. With this link you will be given the date your store closes and the minimum number of screen printed items need for your group.
4. The store will stay open for approximately 1-2 weeks for everyone to make their orders/purchases.
5. Once the Store closes, all orders are gathered and put into production. Production time from this point is 2-3 weeks.
6. Once production is complete, we bag each individual order, and ALL orders are picked up by a representative of the school/team/organization unless shipping was offered on the Store. Each individual order will be labeled clearly so that passing out each order is easy at your next team gathering.
